Come testify and show support for the Wisconsin DNR’s proposed regulations on manure spreading by livestock factories.  The rules will help prevent manure from contaminating rural water wells and running off the land into lakes and streams ... killing fish, spreading dangerous pathogens like e.coli, and causing excessive algae growth.
